This is total perfect hotel.saunas are super. The rooms are really big and clean. Staff is so friendly and they have very tasty food.
There is nothing what we can complain. Maybe just one thing,that the outdoor pool was for us a little bit cold,we awaited it more warmer ;) we really enjoy our stay here

Family hotel that we booked last minute for 5 nights. The restaurant features Instagramable 5 course menus that mostly taste okay. Our room was outdated with orange carpets and old and sometimes broken furniture. Common areas of the hotel are stylish and look much better than the rooms. Service got worse during our stay and we had to wait over 20 minutes between courses on our last evening.
Although we enjoyed most of our stay, we wouldn't book again.

Hotel is excelent! Staff is very friendly, profesional and kind. There is also a big variety of local, fresh and very good food. Spa zone is outstanding and it overpass our expectation. Cocktails at the bar are amazing as the bartender. Around hotel there is a lots of posibility for free time such us skiing, walking, rodling , biking, golf, tennis, etc.
An absolutely amazing place and super friendly and wonderful staff. Family run but very professional institutional level hotel with a ton of activities both for grown-ups and kids alike. Definitely recommend to visit.
Amazing: FOOD!, sauna area, cleanliness, ski room, hotels own magic carpet and ski slope, wet area for kids with water cannons, and again the food (chef, you are a genius), availability of the hotel's ski van
Good: suite size, location (u have circa 30 meters over the parking lot to the ski slope), service (especially Zoltan and Felicity), kids playrooms
Bad: pool and jacuzzi (outdated)
We were in October as a couple. Very nice location. The hotel has very high standards. Nice service. Clean. Food is just great. We enjoyed a lot!
